Research Interests:

  • Evidence-based policing practices, organizational change & development, organizational effectiveness, organizational culture, systemic racism, unconscious bias.

Current Projects:

  • Measuring systemic racism within London Police Service

  • Optimal leadership project with Ivey Business School

Relevance of Current Projects:

  • I am an interdisciplinary researcher and I draw on literature in management, organizational behaviour and sociology for my research. My work would help Canadian police organization successfully implement changes within their agencies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
